If your panel is 720p, set your 360 to to that. No processing = no lag.

I was also wondering this but I never got around to asking. I lag at 1080i (my TV's native resolution) and continue to lag at whatever resolution it's on. By lag, please understand it is more of a delay, but it's pretty terrible. I've even noticed aiming on that for about an hour or so messes up my normal aim so I just stopped playing Halo on it altogether.

I hope somebody has an answer to this question because I'm willing to drop $50 in order to stop the lag.

I have a 37" 1080p Sharp Aquos and I get absolutely no lag on it at all.

Use a rhythm game like guitar hero or rock band to actually see if there is lag or if it is just in your head :o

is it just halo or all 360 games? It would defeat the purpose of an HD DVD Player.....
