Alright. Anyone who is not in my friends list is "muted". Xbox Live seems to think any player not found in my friends list is muted. I checked my settings and it says I have all un-muted. It is starting to piss me off.

What is wrong?

It could be your dashboard settings, go to system and then xbox live controls, or family controls, can't really remember

I know theres an option for who you can and can't talk to.

Yes I had the same problem, it's because your email proves that you're underage you must go into family settings in order to make it so you can hear and speak to other players.

All the family settings are set onto allowed. Plus. there are no child profiles on this 360.

It may be your NAT settings if your using a router. I fixed mine. Directions are here.

I have a belkin router but I know your smart so you can figure it out.
