Mine had this problem today. I thought it was because I was uploading a video on Youtube.

When I put the suggested IP in (192.168.1.50) I Get this message: "DMZ should be within LAN Subnet (192.168.0.0)"

Help?

If your still getting strict NAT then restart your Xbox and power cycle your router (unplug it from the wall for 2 minutes).

Make sure you click the "save" button in your router settings once you have set the DMZ, if you have one.

DMZ's are a pain in the ass if you are on a DHCP setup and I would encourage just a port foward and triggering

udp 88

tcp/udp 3074

Not really.

DMZ and port forwarding are the exact same when you consider the DHCP. The reason you give your Xbox a static IP is to avoid the DHCP changing the IP address.

Hey Scott, I was wondering how I can recover my username and password for my router. It has been quite a while now since I ever logged into anything with these.
