He said that you have to jump through the Halos in a certain order... and juding by some hex people found... it might actually be true... they found some text that read... "Weapon_on_unit" and "ring_skull" and stuff like that which shows it might... or maybe bungie put in FAKE hex.

Posts: 4 | I just developed a theory based around thoughts exchanged between myself, Smuttny and some of our friends, what if after you jump through the rings in a certain order, you kill the Arbiter and it comes off of him. Seeing as that is a bit far to go recognizing that a lot of people play xbox live campaigns, you might also want to consider that this might need to be done in solo campaign on a specific difficulty... maybe? Smuttny rapesssssss... *edit* Or maybe the Arbiter has to kill the MC...
