Chances are it only appears when something certain is done like in halo 2. You would think it would be in the last level but in halo 2 it was the hardest skull and it was on the second. If the game has been out a few days and still no one has found it, it must be haaaaaaard.

i thought oonly if u unlocked ALL the skulls u get that armour.... now hmmm doesnt that mean u would have to unlock the iwobyd skull..? hmmmmm

I am pretty sure I know how to spawn the skull so I will let you know once i do it tomarrow afternoon.

Yeah I cooked up this theory that is actually pretty believeable so once i try it out tomarrow i will let you know what the theory was if it didnt work but if it does work I probably wont tell
