By new vehicles I'm assuming you mean ones that aren't known, And the answer to that is no, but there are new vehicles as in ones like; Brute Chopper and Transport Warthog.

Oh yes, Very much indeed a vehicular combat level. I played through the level a couple of times with only using vehicles.
