If the map editor is very in depth but easy to use. I would just love to make maps with a bunch of ramps for vehicles, and ramps for high speed and low grav. That would be so much fun. Or like a GIANT slide, and once you hit the bottom, it launches you really high and far.

This idea is amazing if they pull it off right.

I see what you're saying. If the map editor is anything like FarCry's though, it'll be good enough for me.

The only problem with the FarCry multiplayer was that it took FOREVER to download the maps....

seriously but think about with the 360's power it shouldn't take near as long as farcry's maps i say at the most a couple of minutes mostly depending on your internet connection

I don't think that's actually confirmed. Until Bungie flat out says that Halo 3 is actually coming with a Map Editor, then I'll say it's confirmed.

This is SO GOOD TO KNOW. I was getting really worried about Halo 3 not being MLG-friendly, but now they can design their own maps, perfect for LAN competition. This is very exciting!

FarCry is an amazing game, I loved it. And it only took me 2-3 minutes to download most of the user-made maps.
