Rendering in Vegas kills your quality. Follow one of the tuts in the Montage help thread. (Zeagues sticky) Those tuts will really improve your quality.

I've had a capture card for about 5 months now, I've just never really worked with it. I have most recently and heres what I got out of it.

Its an ATI 550 hooked up with S-Video. I used VDub and Xilisoft. Just tell me what you guys think because I've had some brightness related issues with my videos.
