Picked up a dazzle dvd recorder a month or so ago, i read some reviews and heard that it was basically the same thing as the dazzle 90. So i checked out some dazzle 90 quality tests and thought they were great. Only thing is that if you watch mine you'll kind of notice that it isnt "glossy" like the other quality tests. Its got a fuzz to it. If theres anything i could do to improve my picture, by all means comment. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I record using studio 10, its the program that came with the card. I know this sounds stupid but im not sure what you mean by render Sry . I record in WMP format, it just says windows media player, theres a bunch of others like mpeg2 and what not but i choose windows media player. And i use composite, i had the choice of S-Video but didnt think it would have any affect on the actual capture playback quality.

The guy below me with a dvd recorder, his clip that was rendered in wme at 2.5mbps is kind of what im looking for. Hope this helps. The link below is exactley what i'd like it to look like. I asked phurion over aim if there was anything i could do to make it glossier and he said something about sharpen in sony vegas or studio 8. Could you explain what render means?

render is how u cut the clips after u record. like what program u use to cut, and what format u save them in. anyways, it would probly help if u record in a different format, i would say either mpeg2 or avi, then u can convert it when u render it. and also like phurion said add a sharpen filter when u render

Take a look at these apples...pay no attention to the gameplay, I choked there.

Turns out to be around 16.23 MB/min.
