The sound is f.ck up..
Thats due to the bitrate. Lower it to something under 2.8mbps.

The quality looks good, but was it just me, or was the framerate really bad?

I have S-Video. It looks great when its uncompressed but then whenever I compress it in vegas it looks a little foggy.
