I have the 4400 (same specs as his). I can turn my computer on and be at the desktop in 45 seconds. On my old one, it took 4 minutes. It's an OK processor.

Pretty decent PC for the price though IMO custom is the way to go, you save a crapload of money. I saved maybe $500+ buying my components then installing them myself.

As you can see from my sig I wouldn't ever really have any problems running H2V .

I could easily take a 82$ E2160, and put it to 2.8Ghz on stock cooling. Would beat a lot of CPU's on this thread.

Computer loading time has NOTHING to do with CPU speed... BIOS and mobo make, RAM speed, and mainly hard drive speed.

It did for my old system.

Ran a 1.8ghz AMD 3000+
Overclocked to 2.2ghz, and it booted a ton faster. However it was hella unstable.

I think hard drive speed, and the mobo\BIOS version you have has a little bit more of a impact on loading speeds.

If your mobo resets itself after 15 seconds of booting up, then thats time wasted.

If your hard drive can only read 10-15MB\s, then you have a problem.

If you have 300Mb of sh.t to load up once you log in, then you have a big problem, like I do. Especially if your loading all that 300MB of sh.t off of a 5 year old, going-to-be-failing IDE 80GB hard drive.

I have an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 CPU, 3GB RAM and a GeForce 8500GT (I'll buy the 8800 Ultra)
Then I can play Crysis at maximum settings

with that system and all setting max'ed on crysis you will not come close to 60 fps.

and how do u have 3 gigs of ram?

3 sticks of 1 gig? or 1 stick of 2 gig and 1 stick of 1 gig. either way you do, i bet there not matching sets and if they dont match they run funky
