The nade points are for stickies because frag grenades for most of the spots will just bounce out/away from where you need them.

Well I don't know if this was mentioned, but here is a tip from someone that sucks at FFA:

Shoot as many shots as you can. The more shots fired, the more kills you get.

Even though I suck at FFA, trust me when I say this works.
