Overview

Hello and welcome fellow avid halo 2 players. I have come up with an idea to keep this section thriving with competition; a halo 2 tournament. Not a team tournament as there isn't very many teams, but a 1v1 tournament. The way this will work islike a bracket style tournament. Once we get 16 or 32 entries, I will randomize your opponent as best I can. This tournament will have no specific date. As people have a hard time showing up on dates. If your opponent is on, and a ref is on, then you may have your match. But there will be deadline and that will be decided when we have enough entries.

Rules

The way we will play this game is strictly MLG. So no lockout 1v1's. This will be on Warlock with carbine start, 15mins, respawn 5secs, no suicide penalty, weapons on map no duals, score to 15. First you need to have a referee on your friends list, join his custom game to make sure you guys have the appropriate settings, then he will leave and you guys close the party, and start the game. Please keep trash talking to a minimum.
I will be needing 1 more referee, and another co host with a pc mic!

Extra's

If you have a capture card please send the gameplay to me as me and my co-host will be commentating these and uploading them on vimeo. When you are recording please keep voice output through your t.v speakers.

Prize

The winner will be hooked up with their choice of Sony Vegas 8.0 or a program of their choice.

People with capture cards please upload your gameplay to filefront then send the link to me in a private message. Matches will begin tonight when I get back on. In order to have a match a ref must be in your party and say it's okay. All matches played before I get back tonight will NOT count. Everybody needs to add me and Hable on their friends list. If the list is full then send a clan invite and we will get back to you.

Whenever both the opponents are on, a ref will create the lobby with the appropriate settings, when both players are ready, they will join, ref will leave, giving a random host, party leader will close the party and start the game. Host will be given to the player who didn't get it the first time. First player to win 2 games will win the match and please report it as soon as you can.
