Also killing, you didn't mention on the rules whether we will have radar or not. Also, who determines the host? Is it double elimination? Is it like best of 3 matches alternating host?

I am gonna make the matches right now. You will both end up getting host. First to win 2 games wins the match. There is radar. It's exactly like MLG 1v1's. Yes there is shotty's, and yes there will be a lot of camping at portals, but it's the way it's gonna be played to win.
