I don't know if many of you guys realize it or not, but stealing people's Ips and flooding them is exactly that stealing and illegal. I encourage all of you guys who run into people that are doing this to call up microsoft in order to get the person's id and then report them to the appropriate authorities to face prosecution. I don't want people to think I am raging just because I get cheated. I am not going to even play the game anymore once my xbox 360 comes back. I just have a problem with people hacking into my network and preventing me from getting onto the internet on my computers. Hopefully we can give these thiefs the proper attention they deserve and get some landed in prison for violating the Digital Millenium Act.

As far as I'm concerned Ip flooding is stealing because someone is stealing the time that I could be on the internet, and that someone is dealing with something that according to the digitial millenium act should not be tampered with in any way.

When you mess with anyone's IP address without their consent it's illegal. No matter how you look at it, you are tampering with stuff that could inflict damage to the IP owner.

I wouldn't say that what they are doing is worth being behind bars. It's more principals than anything else. To just let something slide by isn't going to cut it.
