Okay I have seen this in montages and I have heard people talk about it. When I watch someone do it looks like they are just doing a bxr, so I have been trying it, and it kind of works. But what is it really, because when they hit "b" it looks over"b'd" so to say. Can someone explain it for me.

I think the reason it's so hard to pull off is because your reticle/crosshair/whatever moves around as if you're still meleeing, which is why headshots are hard.

Let me see some of these clips unless you are saving them for something. So like I guess you guy's that can do this have a high rank in snipers or you are just natural at it?
