Discipline is probably at the top of my list for teamwork. I cant stand a teammate who doesnt want to hold library because he thinks he can get more kills at BR.

Communication is always something needed, but sometimes when you're far away its hard to see what others are carrying. But teams should always be talking. Also, covering for a teammate (watching a snipers back, giving cover fire for a guy with low shield) is something that you need to do all the time.

I think that everyone should be able to focus on their role in the game without having to make a drastic change unless it's REALLY neccesary.

You know that's a good point, I don't mean to flame (this is constructive criticism), but this thread doesn't really do much to "Improve your team"!! I mean there's not even any kind of team discussion in the original post! The whole thing is just a listing of locations for a single player to camp at? And a rank that ranks what? I mean weather you're setup at BR tower, snipe tower, or green room during oddball, someone is going to have to take up position at one of those lower ranked locations...so what I'm saying is you can't put a rank on a manditory location in a setup!

I mean...basically this thread is pretty weak to deserve a sticky!! It's a nice thought, and H3F could definatly could use a sticky to describe setups and locations, but this isn't the one. Not only does is it very asthetically unpleasing...but it's just...bad. It talks about map locations, and ranks them on weather or not it's good to camp there. What's that got to do with improving your team?? Not a damn thing.

Now I'm not bashing HoTTense's contribution at all, just So Sick's. Because Intense's contribute on warlock, has everything to do with improving your team game on that map!! The only part that doesn't is where he ranks locations, he obviously just did that to follow So Sick's poor format for the thread, but the rest is nice and team oriented.
