I do play in kw, but prefer pub to kw. Since the pub servers i play in have some really great players, like muffin

And i dont care if you would play with pro people in kw, but dont come posting here saying your the best when your not,

Just so we're clear here and so I can make fun of your literacy (lack of it). I never said I was the best, I merely stated that I was better than some people because I am.

I have played in most of the pubs where the people who make these montages play, probably played a few of them, and I have never had anything less than second most kills unless I joined with 2 minutes left. And anybody above me has always been somebody I know.

Pub montages are amusing, but they don't take NEARLY as much skill and thus require their own category.

last time i checked killing some one who is good doesn't make a play better. It shows the name of someone and that's it.

This arguement is stupid. They are in 2 different catogories. The Pub montages are mostly teamslayer or slayer footage. How many KnFr- servers are set to twlassault? not many. Pub montages are just a display of how accurate you are, not how badly you can tear one full team apart. There aren't many clutch plays in Pubs (that I know of), but to me.. I almost find Pub Montages just as interesting as ones from scrims/kw's

As for what Naota said....... it dosen't necessairly take more skill to kill a player of good calibur. It is no harder to kill flom than bam. It is no harder to kill yetly than yourself. it all depends on the situation,

That's my favorite part of montages. Watching sick shots. I honestly don't care if it's a pub or a kw. Whichever you have more fun playing is cool.
If there we're pubs and scrims in halo xbox I would probably have a preference but it's just 2v2s.

As long as everyone keeps putting out videos with shots that make me say something out loud or rewind it to see wtf just happened I'll keep reading this forum.

anyway, i enjoy pub videos and match videos as long as they have shots that are decent and editing that is entertaining. i don't see why people only want footage from matches and stuff when a number of the people in them aren't any better than a number of people in pub videos. i wouldn't even call a match competitive, exactly, as it's so late in the game that there isn't really anything to compete for. of course it is more competitive than a pub, but that doesn't mean pub footage is instantly on a lower level than match footage. i judge them on the merits of their shots: when the fact that a match clip was in a quasi-competitive environment makes it more amazing or skillful (like keeping the other team from capping, getting map control, or whatever) then it's just that much better. anyway, it's pretty useless to argue about this. you're both mature, probably, so if you guys haven't kissed and made up already you should just go ahead and do that.
