Well...the CS3 key.gens for photoshop don't work. Theres another way to crack it, but I don't feel like going into detail.

Here, I just uploaded this key.gen and it worked for me a few months ago, there are a few other adobe key.gens in there too.

So these key.gen things are virus free and whatnot right?...

Of course, i didn't get anything when i downloaded then a while ago, and i just uploaded them. There's no need to worry.
