The only time I believe abortion to be justified is if the mother's life is in jeopardy. Other than that, the baby (in my opinion) should be born. Yes, many teenagers should not be parents, but that's why there's adoption. Abortion allows people to remove their mistakes without learning from them. I've known many teenage girls who has had more than one abortion. But, I know few teenage girls who accidently gets pregnant again after deciding to have the first baby.

And to add to that, adoption isn't always the answer. If the woman doesn't want to have to go through the stages of pregnancy, she shouldn't have to.

That's an example of why abortion is a good choice for mothers who aren't ready to have children or are in poverty that they likely won't escape.

A person shouldnt be able to decide to take away a life. Its just wrong. I cant stand people who are like "well they are going to grow up to a terrible environment and will live a terrible life", welll, that could happen, or a person can overcome his/her poverty and live a healthy/ fufilling life. And even if a person lives a "bad life", which you really can't even define because we all have different opinions on what is a fufilling life, at least you gave them a shot at life. Abortion is legalized murder and it should be stopped.

You haven't explained why Abortion is "legalized murder." A zygote is a clump of cells and no "murder" can be taken place. You may as well say that killing bacteria is murder

If it isn't a human yet, why is it murder? Is using birth control considered murder to you b/c it takes away the potential human?

No that is something completely different. Taking birth controls is preventing birth from occuring and abortion is killing a potential life. Its like if you are taking birth control pills there was no chance in the first place for human life. With an abortion, a human life is waiting to arise. Its just like those little group of cells have so much potential to be something great. This is a human life we are talking about. And I don't think a woman has the right to decide to kill a potential human life. Nobody does. I am all for women doing whatever they want and letting them live their lives without anyone telling them what to do, but there has to be some limit. I know you have all heard this before, but we were all once that little group of cells and now look what we are. Its like a human life is trying to arise but no the life can't exist because the woman doesnt want to be responsible for her actions. It just makes me sick. The ONLY time I might even think of an abortion is a rape victim who becomes pregnant because her actions did not cause the birth.

The strange thing is that when someone murders a pregnant woman it's double murder. I know people who've had abortions. Some more than once. It was necessary. Their lives would be ruined.
