Thank you for the stick. And I was actually thinking of a separate thread for that, with it's format and guidelines, one post per person - updated whenever to track progress.

So does creatine actually work? I get mixed reviews on it from my friends.

I'm really weird when it comes to working out. I have literally never worked out my legs in my life. I figure, what's the point of having strong legs? I just don't want to take the time and effort to get strong legs and I really don't think it will help me with my sport. I bench 245, curl using 50 lbs on each arm, run 3 miles a day, and do ab workouts. But I just don't care about getting strong sholders, tricepts, legs, or back.

I'll be answering that question since it's a FAQ but I gotta head to the gym.

Yes, creatine does work. For it to be useful though you have to stay with it for a good amount of time though. It helps with muscle contraction power and promotes hydration in the muscles which also expands the fibers during workouts.

You should put videos or pictures showing how to do each exercise you listed.

Maybe make them links to other sites explaining what they are.

Much more is intended in the coming weeks. I want to get a feel for the response to the new thread.

But for right now here: www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html explains everything and most are accompanied by .gif

But the exercises are listed buy there technical names so you'll to look up a few things.

EDIT: Tomorrow I'll hyperlink all the basic compound exercises to that sites explanations. Good call.

I'm 130 pounds 5'6 and i run about 4-5 miles a day. Power lifting is one of my coursed at school. So i have been lifting for a while now, but i gain no muscle mass. I am pretty cut, but i want to focus more on gettin more muscle mass.

i recently bought extreme pro plex whey protein...will it do my body good? does too much running interfere with gaining more muscle?

1. Thuroughly read the 1st post. Not trying to be an ass, it just that there's a reason its there - some of the answers you need are there.

2. Running will burn fat and yes burn muscle too if your not eating correctly.
