| | I'm really weird when it comes to working out. I have literally never worked out my legs in my life. I figure, what's the point of having strong legs? I just don't want to take the time and effort to get strong legs and I really don't think it will help me with my sport. I bench 245, curl using 50 lbs on each arm, run 3 miles a day, and do ab workouts. But I just don't care about getting strong sholders, tricepts, legs, or back.

| | Yes, creatine does work. For it to be useful though you have to stay with it for a good amount of time though. It helps with muscle contraction power and promotes hydration in the muscles which also expands the fibers during workouts.

| | I'm 130 pounds 5'6 and i run about 4-5 miles a day. Power lifting is one of my coursed at school. So i have been lifting for a while now, but i gain no muscle mass. I am pretty cut, but i want to focus more on gettin more muscle mass. i recently bought extreme pro plex whey protein...will it do my body good? does too much running interfere with gaining more muscle?
