Just to add for you, Steveo: I wrote this book for myself and for those who inspired and motivated me to write and complete it. While I think it would be great to have new members who were not involved or aware of the writing and publication of this book, I'm happy enough placing it on my shelf and occasionally finding a check in my mailbox for sitting around on my ass.

I've made 11.25 this month. I need more sales.
