i went out with a girl for 10 months. and then she was pretty much living with me for the last 6 weeks then all of a sudden 1 morning. she didnt wanna be with me any more and 10months seems like along time for most ppl and she went out the next week had a b/f. this was back in may i havent seen her that much she refuses to hang out with me and im pretty much have been depressed since mid may.AND iwas place on xanax by my doctor for this i feel like she is still the 1 for me and i miss her so dealry and feel i can never replace her........HELP?

Oh man.. these situations are the worst.. I kinda did that to one of my ex a while back ago.. kinda. At the beginning, I thought I love her, everything was going really well. Our only problem was that we weren't communicating like a normal couple should communicate. I honestly don't know why, everything was great, we had lots of fun etc., but there was no real "mental" chemestry (other than that, no problem). It's really hard to explain but I couldn't do anything.

Then, at one point in our relationship (after 4 months), I asked myself if I really loved her, and realised that the love I had for her kinda dissapear with time. I thought about it for about 2/3 weeks to finally realise that I wasn't happy anymore with her.. Problem was that in HER head, everything was perfect.. I was the perfect guy, she loved me, thought I love her etc. But because of our "communication issues", she had no idea what was up in my mind. So when I told her what I had on my heart (That I wanted to brake up), she literally died.. I think she still doesn't understand why I broke up, mostly because in her mind everything looked perfect, but life is life I guess..

What I can say about it is that even for me it was really hard to get over it, in part due to the fact that it hurts to hurt someone's heart, but also because she did absolutely nothing. She wasn't deserving it, if you know what I mean.. Not to mention that I haven't talk to her since then..

I don't know if you see any similarities between both of your and my story, but I you do, I hope you'll take it well and realise that she probably thought what I thought back when I was with my Ex. Maybe I'm completly off on this one, but if you can relate to my story, then you may more understand why she left you. I'm not saying she left you for the same reason than I left my gf but who knows ? It's hard to admit, but I don't really think you have any chance to get back with her.. Now what you want to do is forget about her. Tell yourself that it's over and that in the end, she just wasn't made for you. Talking about it helps a lot, so don't be scared to answer back to my post

Okay, so I hung out with this girl this morning, we chilled had fun. It felt weird that it wasnt me with my ex though. I came home, checked my caller ID and my ex called 13 times while I was gone..

Story of Today:
I got up, showered did all that I had to do went over to Chelseas house walked in the door, hugged her. Met her parents immediately it seemed and her little brothers who were all very nice to me. I'm extremely smooth with parents btw. We watched a movie, and talked while we watched the movie. Then I took her out to the mall, we just walked around and talked more, sat down. Window shopped :P lol I could've bought something for her but not on the first date. She seems fairly interested in me, she hugged me and kissed me goodbye before I left and said I could come over AGAIN today if I wanted since I had to do stuff earlier. But, I feel a little weird that its not me and my ex being together and I'm debating do I call my ex back? or Let her call me again? Hang out with Chelsea again today? or wait till tommorow or the next day to do so?...I'm confused.

You can call your ex and tell her that you saw that she called a bajillion times and ask her what's up, and if you want to hang out with Chelsea, then by all means do so. Find out where you stand with your ex first, and then make the decision on Chelsea.
