Posts: 7,143 | If you guys have any questions about sex, and from the recent Dunn Thread I think a lot of you guys do. Then talk about them here and ye will be answered. In the class I teach at the University of Northern Iowa this is a subject I cover for two weeks. STI's and the Nature of Disease. Sex is a heavy topic for the two weeks and I have been asked allllll sorts of questions so do not be embarassed. You can PM me as well if you want. I also volunteered as a Teen Advisor for two years so if you have any other questions about anything at all. I have dealt with it. I will answer ANY question you have. BenjaminDoughan@hotmail.com For MSN messenger. And here helping on the show are: Dr. Drew : MarkedAchilles Adam Corolla: STL Jimmy Kimmel: Mystekes (sorry no women on the show that I remember) Common Misconceptions and Questions: 1. Most likely your parents have done far more than you realize. Do not be afraid to go to them about sex or anything else. They were crazier than you at one point and probably a lot more open to talking about it than there parents. 2. One source of birth control does not protect you as well as you think. A combination of physical and chemical birth control is the best way to go. I.E. the "pill" for her and a condom for you is the best combination for the money. There are other more costly forms that are better for her that you can get but as the average age of this forum is H.S. the pill is probably the best for now. 3. Spermicide will last a long time. It is a membrane penetrating chemical that breaks down the sperm. This is alot more resistant to breakdown than the actual condom is. Do NOT keep it in your wallet. The rubber is far more likely to break down than the spermicide. 4. Every man and woman in physically different. Inside and out. If you found something on yourself or another, it may not be there on the next 5. Talking openly should not be what you are afraid of with someone you are having sex with. If you cannot talk openly with your partner BEFORE you have sex, afterwards you NEED to learn how to. Talk, talk, talk, talk. This is some of the best advice I can give you. 6. At least 50% of sex is mental. 7. Cum/Semen content: Testes: About 5% of total liquid. Contains the spermatazoa and chemicals to prevent activation of them. Seminal Vesicles: About 60% of total liquid. Mainly sugar for energy and a liquid to aid in the binding to the womans transport muscles. Prostate Gland: About 30% of total liquid. Chemicals to stimulate the sperm and the woman to produce other chemicals to activate her and the sperm. Bulbourethral Gland: 5% of total liquid. Lubrication mainly and more chemicals for fun. 8. If a girl tries to kiss you after she just went down on you and you do NOT kiss her back, then you do not deserve to get head EVER. 9. Going South: You don't want to go right for the clitoris you should work around it and the lips for a bit. But do not go right for it. Some girls are super sensitive and you will not be able to go there for more than a second and some will want you to ride it like a horse after they are warmed up. Just get ready to work it till your toungue hurts. It's fun. Make stuff up as you go and see what she likes or just ask her to tell you what feels good. I also recommend manual stimulation while doing it. You can use a "come here" movement getting the top wall of the vaginna (feel for a different textured patch of skin) or turn your hand around so your knuckles are up and get the a-spot (back wall of the vaginna). See number 11 for more detail. 10. When are you ready? When you are ready to handle all of the emotional, physical, and relationship risks assotiated with a sexual relationship. Sex is a lot more than just putting it in. 11. Manual Female Stimulation: First off, every woman is different. This is just a general set of actions that I have found works on most. A. Start with the usual - making out. Manual stimulation is much better if she is ready and there is sexual stimulation in other areas before you go down with your hands. It is not just that but to be physically and mentally ready for manual stimulation will provide better results for both. (there are some that like to be taken, but this seems to be not the majority of women and not in the majority of times) B. Touch everywhere before going there. Give it some respect and get the clothes off. Run your hands over everywhere it stimulates receptors and is fun for you too. C. Start off lightly. It is not made of metal. You don't want someone yanking on your penis right away so do the same with her. Just feel around without going in and brush the clitoris don't manhandle it right away. If you are lucky you may find a woman that is super sensitive and easy to get off, this may come with a cost - over sensitive clitoris to the point they do not want it touched at all when they are excitied. (very similar to after you cum and your partner still tries to handle you with their mouth) D. Insertion. Start with one finger, your choice honestly. I use middle or index. Start slowly but in an exploration type of movement. Feel around and enjoy it for a while. Explore at this early stage. She will enlarge and loosen up when you do this. E. G/A spot time. G is on the top, or roof and the A is on the bottom or floor. Inserting your finger and doing a "come-here" movement with it should place your finger tips in a position to feel a rougher patch of skin on the roof and this is the G-spot. "Banging" is for children. Use the come-here movement in this area and she will enjoy herself much more. Your hand will cramp up after a while depending on how many times you want to get her off before you do anything else. This is when you enhance the pressure because the nerves are under the skin not on top of the skin. Turning your hand around and using the same movement hits the A spot. F. Variation = whatever other movements you can imagine. The come-here is the moneymaker but variation keeps your hands from falling off and from repitition and boredom. Circular, spins, whatever your hands can do. This is where playing musical instruments comes in handy. G. Finishing = the best I have found is the come here on the g-spot with clitoral stimulation for those hard to finish girls. Most I have found finish with only g-spot stimulation and many times. But in those stubborn times, combine the two by using your thumb on the clitoris and finger/fingers on the g-spot. Becarefull not to crush the clitoris with your thumb, remember it is stronger than your fingers and less sensitive. H. Number of fingers: You can put in as many as she enjoys. Do not worry about hurting her, a baby comes out of there. It can handle your fingers. But the limit is to what she enjoys. I vary with one to three. The more you have in the more energy you expend but the harder it is for your hand to cramp. It can also increase their enjoyment as well with more surface-area coverage. 12. Location of the Clitoris: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clitoris 13. Fun Educational Movie: 14. HPV BABY!!!: There are 100's of types of HPV. Most of which are not harmfull at all. They are actually symbiotic with your body. They attack bacterial cells in our skin and have even been known to provide resistance to other more dangerous STD's and diseases. There are only 4 groups of HPV virus' that cause what you know as the STD's resulting from an HPV infection. HPV can cause cervical cancer in women, and there has been a recent study released in early February that has shown a slight association with oral cancer in men. This association with men will most likely be 10 times less than the association that drinking and smoking has with cancer. The cervical cancer cause is real, and cervical cancer is one of the worst cancers you can get. This is why the HPV vaccine has been developed and most likely will become mandatory for all girls growing up. They are testing a male version of the vaccine now and that may too become mandatory, not for men, because men do not have much of a risk over men have by being struck by lightning. In all truthfullness there is no test for HPV that can conclusively tell you what form of HPV you have. Most people are infected with 10's if not 100's of versions of the HPV virus. This is something they are working on. So bottom line, HPV is a scary thing to hear, but in most cases if you are a man or a woman you are not at any serious risk and there are treatments now for it. But get vaccinated and get your children vaccinated if you can.
