I work out and lift 4 days a week. Monday/Thursday is upper body and Tuesday/Friday I do lower body. I start out every time with a 20 minute bike ride to get warm. I also take cell-tech every time I lift.

that will get you nowhere if you are looking to gain mass.

and i used to go 5 days a week, but now im in wrestlign so i dont have time.
i used to go monday-upper body, tuesday-cardio/abs,wednesday-lower body,wednesday-cardio/abs, thursday-upperbody, and id usually go on like sunday and do cardio/legs/abs/ all that stuff
and i took whey protein, and was thinkin about trying creatine

Edit: 300th post yay

do you bench?
the best way to work out without weight is physical stuff like running pushups, and sit-ups...but i will warn you sit-ups can strain your neck a lot. So my advice is instead of sit-ups you should really just do is:

STEP 1: Lie down on your back on a flat surface (rug)
STEP 2: Lift your legs up at the same time, not as high as possible just midway.
STEP 3: When your legs are going down go even slower than when you went up.

This workout works your your abs as well as a little bit of the back of your leg. try that!

Also with the lowest pound weight you have this is a good strenth trainer.
[Can be done with no weights, you'll still feel your arms get tired, trust me]

STEP 1: Keep your arms to your sides.
STEP 2: Keep the dumbells(if they are or not doesnt matter)pointed outword.
STEP 3: Go straight out all the way in a semi-circle formation and click the together.
[Do this 20 times]

ANOTHER STRENTH TRAINER with 2 lb. weights.

STEP 1: Arms down the sides.
STEP 2: Keep them normal grip all the way.
STEP 3: And go to your shoulder height and keep it there for 15 secs.
[Do this 15 - 20 times]

MORE TO COME!

Mod's can you please place this in the sports section. I honestly believe that lifting is a sport because it does require a large amount of stamina and persistence.

I personally don't lift, but would love to start lifting. I'm a thin 155 pound 6'5" guy, and I'm tired of feeling "skinny." What would you recommend be the starting place when I start to work out?

I work out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I run.

Right now I am in the best shape I have ever been in. I can bench around 200 for max, but I don't really care about benching. I run track, so I focus more on my legs. My squat max is right around 320-330.

I can't wait till track season.

That's why they should have a glow-in-the-dark version of Easy Cheese. It's not like the product has any integrity to begin with. If you buy a room-temperature cheese that you squeeze out of a can, you probably won't get mad because it glows in the dark too."
