The point is to test the cars limits...
And it was a big thing when the Bugatti hit #1 top speed for awhile, can it beat a jet... It was being debated by people and Top Gear decided to put it to the test.

I saw that video it was ridiculous and if anyone is selling one (jet or bugatti) ill trade me 1996 hyundai accent hatchback for it only problem is my transmission is blow (sadface)

lol @ only 12 veyron's being made... way more than that... that is the newest Lamborghini Reventon where 20 were made.

anyway it is a pretty beast car

You guys that are saying that theres only like 10 in the world, your retarted. Simon cowell has one for gods sake. They cost a little over 2 million. theyre the second fastest PRODUCTION car in the world, meaning that they produce a considerable amount of them.
