I'm no evolutionist, but my guess is that the 90% of garbage DNA is the
result of the millions of years, and evolution keeps things that are neutral. There is no mechanism in Evolution to remove my wisdom teeth because, well, they do f..k all and do not hinder my survival abilities.
EDIT: I'm sure it goes more in depth too. Like I said, I'm just a 16 year old who doesn't know a whole lot about evolution.
