The twist is amazing. The Saw twist is crap compared. It's definitely worth watching.
The Usual Suspects, Fight Club, 12 Monkeys, Memento all have MUCH better twist endings than Saw. Saw is a film with little substance, it just relies on the ending to make up for the lack of storyline. Very gimmicky.
