This is a good idea...however, please try to enforce the recent EWD's...I didn't post an EWD and I was banned for three days. I'm assuming a mod saw an old EWD I posted before this rule came into affect and banned me. Whatever, just saying don't throw bans around to people who actually try to contribute to this community.
