Sure, ok, this is a fine rule to make, but seriously...why ban someone for a rule you are GOING to make, rather then a rule made previously. I'm sorry, but this seems ridiculous for me, it's like if 3 days before prohibition of alcohol, you're out with your friends drinking, then you get arrested for it. Doesn't make sense to me, can someone explain the reasoning behind this?
