Yes, a human. Sorry to burst your bubble, but a fetus is just as much in this specified group as you or me. Therefore, it is human. It's lack of full development does not make it any less human. If that were the case, you aren't fully human until you reach your highest age possibly, and we all know that that isn't true.
Thus, I am taking a meaning referring to the species, human, and attaching it to the concept of murder. Is this not a valid point?

No, I'm pretty sure you misunderstood me. When I said some cells and tissue, I meant the fetus.
I just gave a definition which proved that abortion is not murder because it's not a human being. (Unless you call any type of killing murder, in which case you would be simply demonizing abortion by using technicalities to call it something evil).
And whether or not it's your opinion is irrelevant in this case. This is the debate forum. Everything is challenged.
