How does a zygote have rights? Is a zygote conscious? Can it make decisions? Does it even have a brain? Does it have any physical or non-physical traits at all that Resembles a Human?

The "potential" of a human is a poor argument. All it means that it is a potential human, therefore...? You need to add another step to the argument, which you don't have.
