A circular argument is a circular argument is a circular argument because it's a circular argument. And an appeal to emotion is a red herring and therefore also inadmissible.

All those questions you asked are good questions, too much to explain over typing at 245 am though lol. I can meet up with you or talk over the phone if you really want to discuss them? ONE at a time. It's just too much to ask explinations for right away, without knowing anything or little about christianity or god or the bible. you're just taking chunks here and there without looking at the whole picture. Most of what you just asked is the equivalence of a average joe asking why does the earth orbit on its axis and not straight up and down? or something crazy like that, they wont understand the answer unless they first understand gravity, the universe, orbits and revolutions, etc. Kind of a bad example but u get my point hopefully haha
No, I don't want to "discuss" them, I want you to account for them. I'm not asking you to explain anything to me; I'm well versed in theology and how I feel about christianity is of no consequence to you. So you can dodge them all you want, as you've demonstrated beyond doubt that you missed the point. They're rhetorical questions anyway.

I'm not taking chunks "here and there"; like I said, what I pointed out is an incredibly small fraction of what I'm prepared to post given the space and time. And none of it is

They're legitimate questions that serve to illustrate in part just why the Bible's an essentially worthless document written by humans with human interests in mind and human flaws rife within.

Let me guess: you were living in the dark as an ignorant atheist and then you were given the Bible after growing up never having been indoctrinated into christianity, and you read it and said to yourself "Hey, this all really makes a lot of sense!"?
