I did indeed. That is one of the reasons I am Christian, but not the only. I was confirmed into the Methodist church a couple years back, and that course is really what made me into the ideal "Christian". If I had not had this background, I'm unsure what religion, if any, I would follow. I would probably lean toward still being a Christian, but without the background experiences I don't know. The point of this thread was to find out why people chose Atheism over religion.
