This is for Crest: If I did that capture with a video camera thing that you do while playing Halo in windowed mode, will it capture the rest of my screen as well and f..k up the aspect ratios because I have my desktop resolution at 1680x1050 (16:10) resolution and Halo at 1024x768 (4:3)?

Also, what exactly will I need to be able to do this? List of cables, what ports I need to use on my computer, the whole works since I've never captured in this method before. Reason being is that Fraps and Gamecam lag my desktop computer so bad that I can't play at 60 frames full quality.
