I'm focussing mostly on the things I notice in the forum and things that are definitely wrong. If you want to make a thread on disputed things in English, like whether the past participle of "to sneak" should be "sneaked" or "snuck", then be my guest. It's only that it's not the focus of this particular thread. |
yes, yes. i just liked it as a general rule because many people use "further" when farther will do. and quite often people say "farther" when only further will do. i get it. i was just trying to help you compile a nice list of things, and i can see how this would be omitted as it isn't seen too often on H3F.
which reminds me: "too, two, and to". i am shocked that people still get that one wrong.
