I have always wondered that question, there can be many answers for it. Many say it's a choice, but some claim it can be a Genetic factor. I'm not sure which it is, and that also fits in the other questions of why God made atheists, murderers, suiciders, satanists, people with other religions, ect ect. The Bible claims God to have a plan for all of us on earth, but I wonder why God made people that he wouldn't accept in the first place, especially if he is an "all-knowing" God.
