How could you say that I advocate children should be born with diseases? You imply as if I don't care...I know that being born with a harmful disease is terrible, but how could you speak for that child? How would you know if it wanted to live even with its certain condition? Every child should be granted the rare gift of life. You only look at two points in abortion: Mother is raped & pregnant at the same time, and the child is born with a terrible disease. You don't look at the main generalization of why most abortions take place. Poor judgement made by careless women. Most abortions are issued to mothers who are healthy, young and selfish. I'm not implying that being raped & pregnant, and born with a disease is right, but you only look at a miniscule point, rather than the big picture of why most abortions occur. Quit looking at two obvious points that are always brought up all the time after time. I understand the importance of it. Instead, take the initiative to see why women mostly have abortions. |
Would you want to be born into a life of constant pain? That's what happens when STD babies are born. Are you completely ignorant as to what goes on in the real world, or what?
Poor judgement made by careless women my ass. It sounds friggin great in theory, but condoms break, birth control pills aren't always %100 effective, and anyone who's actually had sex knows pulling out is NOT easy. I suppose you want everyone to buy into your Christian dogma and not have sex until their ready to have a kid? Again, your completely ignorant as to what really goes on in the real world.
You said in your post that every child should be given the rare gift of life, well I agree with you; but aborted tissue IS NOT A CHILD! There is a reason the medical community has never identified first trimester tissue as being a child. It's nothing more than an unidentifiable glob of tissue with human DNA. If you put that glob of tissue next to jello you couldn't tell the difference visually.
